Galaxy Noteyou have 6 buckets and all of a sudden it starts to rain but your only using 3 buckets thats very inefficient right ? so why not use the 6 buckets you have
android is designed so a large amount of the ram is CASHED
youll see this when you open task manager and look at it nomatter how much ram it has only a few gigabits/megabits will be free most of it will be cashed
this means that it is not being used and is ready to be replaced by something else once it wants to
what your seeing on the note8 is that out of the 6gb ram 4gb at maximum is being used by the system and 1.5 gb is being cashed and the rest is free
android apps aint designed to show cashed data
but i can guarantee you that atleast 3-4 gb will be free for apps to occupy
and also the in build settings app will take care of cache left by apps and what not dont install a third party one
got it ?
