Problem with Android auto only on Note 10 Plus

I am facing a strange problem with my new note 10+, after I connect the phone to car using android auto, it will automatically disconnect within few seconds. The strange part is that it works with every other phone but note 10 plus. I have tried with 7 different cables but result is the same. Is anyone else facing the same issue?

I have contacted samsung customer care more than three times, yet no solution has been provided.

I have tried almost every phone till note 9, all worked fine so maybe S10 and later models would have this issue

check your android auto app in always sleeping apps list..

purchased a high speed data cable AmazonBasics USB Type-C to USB-A Male 3.1 Gen2 Adapter Charger Cable - 3 Feet (0.9 Meters) - Black https://www.amazon.in/dp/B01GGKYR2O/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_eutRDb5TBYV4W
works fine now, I think s10 and above phones need 3.1 cable. anyone facing this problem can buy a cable with similar specs and it should work fine. cheers
