Problem Moisture in usb detected 10 days

Its been 10 days since the moisture in usb poped up on my phone,i have tried every thing from restarting in safe mode to even resetting to facyory settings,but the message still apears..i have been wirelessy charging my phone and it takes ages for the phone to charge and also super heats up the phone .Any advice is welcome

You probably have to take it to the service centre.

Please switch off your phone and place it in a rice bag. Rice absorbs RH since it has hygroscopic quality. Keep it for few hours and try charging.
