Problem After New patch update

I'm facing problem after new security patch update on my note 9. Phone getting struck for few minutes & multitask tab gets  disappear i have to wait or sometimes even I need to restart to get rid of issue.

yes many issue are there after pie so report it to Samsung so that they can fix it in next updates
