Poor customer service and false promotions(Note 8)

I'm so pissed off looking at the services provided by Samsung. I purchased a Samsung device for the first time that too a flagship which is one of your premium phone and it is shameful for Samsung that it can't keep it's promises and gives false promotions just to sale the product. 


Despite what happened to Samsung galaxy Note 7 in the past I jotted the courage to purchase Note 8.


Can somebody explain why am I not getting the promotion banner for free Samsung wireless charger despite I'm eligible?? For the record I've to tell you that I've inserted the sim card of same mobile number to the phone on the same day when I registered in my galaxy app.



I will never buy any other Samsung product and suggest the same to my family and friends not to buy anything as Samsung is not worth it.



Disappointed customer!!

Please wait. When I bought the S8, I recieved the banner for free cover at 15th day. I was so pissed earlier but, I got it then. Please do wait.
