Galaxy Note
I bought Note 9 on 22nd Aug 18 and activated the phone the same day. As per Samsung scheme, I was entitled to a coupon/banner for buying Samsung gear. but 7 days have elapsed yet no update. the scheme finishes on 31st Aug 18. I had a tivated phone with registered number and also sent proof to Samsung(invoice copy) but Samsung eshop not supporting and my galaxy team not responding.
what to do???

yes it's checked and Samsung shop people. they agreed that information is correct but since my galaxy is separate and I need to send invoice proof to my galaxy people and that they cannot help. I have did the same as well but query remains unresolved.

coupon not appearing. Galaxy is saying mobile number not correct. Samsung shop saying it's correct but they cannot help. contact galaxy people
