Please help anyone

I am getting very annoyed and irritating as I am getting ad popping up in every 15mins on my Samsung Note 10 Lite mobile. 

Please help me to get rid of this as this is very irritating. I think I made a mistake by switching to Android from iOS.

Uninstall recently installed 3rd party apps.. And in apps section if you see any new malware /adware app which doesn't show in apps screen..
