I think there is no more lazy company than samsung in the terms of giving Security updates,OS upgrade or bug fixing update even in my Nokia 6 I get regular updates and I had already got Oreo update on it as it comes for 15000 and this j7 prime also comes for 15000 rs so why did'nt samsung rolling out oreo update for j7 prime or other device atlest Samsung must provide Security updates for their phones................. this mistake of Samsung is irritating their coustmers in this way everyone is taking like We will go for another brand avilable in this price segment and I must say other device in this price segment are far better than samsung devices........................................ I think it is my biggest mistake to purchase this device and my brother had also purchased Note 8 which Samsung says is a flagship device I can't stop laughing at Samsung do they know the defination of Flagship It is still running on 7.1.1 😂😂😂😊😊😂 bs lootna aata h inko
no wonder Samsung is worst in software dept. it's unbelievable that they cannot make Oreo ready in last 6 months. then y they did drama with beta , alpha etc. it shows how pathetic dept Samsung got. this should affect their upcoming ducking s9 and s9 note.
