Phone notification

Whenever I open phone app this kind of notification appears. When tapped, nothing happens. Anyone facing this kind of problem???

Device: Note10+ (oneUI 2.1)

clear cache of phone and calls

Try to go for the Phone app update, maybe there's a update for the phone app
