Phone freezes when using two apps in multi window

When I use two apps Youtube and Watsapp or YouTube and telegram, it works for sometime and suddenly the phone becomes unresponsive.

Touch input does not work. Pressing the power button locks the phone but still the apps are visible, just like when it is unlocked.

Trying to power off the phone does not work. Nothing works. I pressed power button and volume down, it took screenshots though.

The phone gets hot in this process.

This is something very bad. This happened twice to me now. I am attaching the screenshot which i took the first time.

Samsung fix this ASAP.

this is due to update of youtube.
samsung has no concern with the issue but they should follow up with youtube asap to resolve this problem.

youtube has some app issues in the new update while running multi window..and the same is been said by samsung executive..you can check the screenshot which i attached in the comment.
mind ur words..first check everythng and then speak
