I have solved the mystery of dialer crashing..... you dialer is crashing because u must have hundreds of recent call in your log. Try clearing the old ones or clear all the log and see the diffrnce.
Hello everyone. Finally got rid of this phone dialer crash issue. I was using work profile in my phone which was the main culprit as told by samsung customer care. They told me that the thrid party app is responsible for phone dialer freezing. So try uninstalling the thrid party app. I did the same and got the result. My dialer is now working smoothly without any hiccup. Hope it will help my fellow samsung users.
