how can I use gfx tool in m21 ?? I see no change inside game due to game plugins running in background. And pubgm becomes unplayable in ultra framerate, but runs smoothly in extreme.

You can select custom mode with everything maxed out except brightness in game plugins. And, let me know, how it performs.
