If its for OneUI 6.1, then try disabling Maximum Restrictions option under Auto Blocker feature in settings.

Don't know for OneUI 7 beta.

Already done with this problem in only Samsung Exynos Processor and many more customer have same problem if share video on whatsapp application is ok only if share photos than screen will be black and hang .. after 10 15 min photo send ..
