PHONES TEMPERATURE TOO LOW

My note 10 plus got this charging issue from March and due to lockdown , everything was closed so my phone was worthless for 3,4 months ..... and then i finally got it restored. 

But

My phone was useless for 4 months 

And nearly one month in service center. 

So i need validity extension for 4 months.  

HOW CAN I GET IT?????

Phones issue was that it didn't charge and it showed this warning that phones temperature is too low.....
and for this problem

the charging connector and the motherboard was completely changed

but sir most of service center opened from 9.30 am to 5 pm ...which is your area ? and also samsung providing technical team support to your home if you allow them .....just whatsapp samsung

zone 2 buldhana maharashtra... services were unavailable... if i called service center they didn't answered

whatsapp them ...whatsapp number available in notice section of samsung members then tell them to receive your device from home
