I am facing Low battery temperature issue where my phone is unable to charge.

I updated the latest security update and after that I charged my batter till 95%(which I usually do). Next day when I put it in chrging it was not charging and on screen it was written that you battery temperature is low and it will charge when them temperature returns to normal.

I saw some videos in youtube where I get to know that its due to low temperature censors/ high temperature censors in wireless charging coil.

I tood my Note 10+ to customer service center where they informed that whole the motherboard is gone.

Can anyone help here.. what I need to do(My Note 10+ is not under warranty.)

Repair it or buy a new.

Keep your charger in room temperature and charge. SC staff are dodos. Dont believe them, get 2nd opinion always
