Overheating - Note 10 Plus

The area from the camera lens to the printed logo 'Samsung' on the back heats up so much that I can't hold my phone.

It heats up during:

-phone reboot 

-using the internet

-idle time during noon.

I think this also has the connection with the double charging time complaint I raised earlier. 

Folks, do let me know for solution if any.

Raised this error on the app here to Samsung. Still awaiting a resolution.

samsung exynos processer heat alot nothing we can do unless they bring snapdragon to india.
or you can do is....
you should factory restart your phone and try again if it still heatup then take it to samsung care

the heating started 1 week back only. till now everything was smooth

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

1. Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc: Swipe the notification panel>Turn off Wi-Fi,Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.
2. Usage of mobile phone when charging: We recommend you to avoid usage of mobile phone while charging.

If the issue still persists, kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member application (attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes of the occurrence of the issue.):-
