Over heating problem

Am using Galaxy Note 10 Lite(9 months old),

After this recent Android 11 updates,

My phone often get over heat for nothing..!

As before playing game brings this issue(up to 45°C - 49°C), 

As of now its often getting this issue.

Even I clean my back ground apps continuously.

Also I have uninstalled all my games,

Even I filled my storage 60% only.

I can find my phones normal temperature now a days is nearly 41°C while using normal apps.!

Shall I know where is this issue from.

Kindly help me out.

Wait for a week because after the update it takes a week to get fully optimized

I got 3 security updates in the row after Androide 11 update.!

Do a factory reset and cache wipe.
