No idea about ur charging issue, but if possible read my post about tips for One UI 4/4.1 n follow those 1 & 3 steps, it might reduce those heating issues, like temporary. It might help.

I am not facing such issue on my Note 20 Ultra (SM-N986B/DS) after 4.1 update.

You could try a few things:

- Check & uninstall bogus apps, games downloaded from 3rd party. Download official apps only from the Play Store.

- Check memory card for errors/virus (if you use one).

- Reset Network settings (note down any saved WiFi passwords first!).
Turn off phone and re-insert SIM card.

- Wipe Cache from Recovery.

- Keep Network on 4G/LTE and check (5G anyways not available yet). Due to this, it may heat up (as it keeps searching for 5G preference signal continuously).

- This is a no brainer but keep phone away from direct sunlight, heat-prone areas and rooms...it's going to be above 40°C in India for a few days more. 🌞
