One UI update for Note 9 not received

I've still not received the One UI update on my Note 9 based in Mumbai, India and on Airtel. I've checked multiple times (wifi/ mobile data).

Anyone else who has still not received similar to me? Kindly let me know with the network carrier and location!

Anybody any solution? Appreciate your help.

Try with Smart Switch on PC. There it's available.
