One UI not received for Note 9 non-beta in India

I see many people reporting receipt of One UI stable update. But, suprusingly I've got yet received the update. I'm based in Mumbai, India and a non-beta user.
I've tried restarting, wifi/ mobile data but nothing is really showing up.

Anybody can help?

Checked multiple times, no luck yet.
