One UI 3.0/Android 11 bug/issue?

Note 20 Ultra use here and updated to Android11/One UI 3.0 last Sat. Tried to perform the Wipe Cache Partition  (what i usually do after every updates) but was unable to enter into the Android System Recovery Screen (that is when phone is totally shutdown and then pressing the Volume up + power buttons at the same time). 

Not sure if other Note 20 Ultra users facing similar issues?

 

Already submitted this issue to the Samsung Members ...still waiting for reply.
