Finally after 3 month we the note 9 users got an update and its a good update and lets hope samsung provide Android 11 update also in future.

The best way to get you issue resolved is that please post your issues on twitter with tagging all the superiors of samsung and hopefully your problem with be resolved as soon as possible.

Twitter us the best way to reach the superiors of the company and they get the issue resolved as soon as possible so that their brand image doesn't detoriate.
