One UI 2.0 Android 10 update for Note 10+ Nepal users

It seems we Nepalese, Indians and Bangladeshi are using similar version of Note 10+. But why beta version is only available for Indian friends? Can any admin reply on it? Is there any idea when we receive update for our device?
