I am not getting any OS Update for my since last February on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9.

i went thr they told me thr is a risk of motherboard while uploading Indian version files on it and my phn is UAE version.

Use vpn to change your location to uae
or download uae firmware from Samsung site and flash it

Hi, I faced the same issue with my note 9.
This mainly happens if you reset a UAE device with Indian SIM card inserted.

If you still have a UAE sim card with you, insert it and reset your phone again. Once reset is complete while rebooting phone will show a popup whether to use SIM(Etisalat/Du )as default. Press yes.. Phone will reset automatically again. Once it boots up you will get updates.

There are no issues with installing Indian software version on UAE device. I have done it and everything works perfect.

last time when i had samsung s8 plus from UAE i didn't reset it with Indian Sim so i was getting updates on time.

after selecting UAE Sim card as default Sim my indian Sim will work or not.

Any sim will work.

No problem, just change CSC to India.

Changing CSC is not a solution. If you change the CSC and if it doesn't match with the PDA version, you won't get any updates. I have faced this issue on my note 9 and had to try lot of PDA and CSC combinations to get that working.
