Still note 9 India version didn't receive the April security update maybe because of these reasons -

1.S10 top shot feature may arrive the update

2.S10 night mode may come with the update

April update has already come in Sprint version of Note 9 in US, with none of the above features, so no point of hopes. its just delay.
