My Note20 ultra keeps restarting since the time it's got the update. Hard reset and firmware flash has not worked. Service centre guys are saying it's a PCB issue. But looks like they are just shifting blames from the UI a colleague also is facing issues since the update.
The first Samsung phone in 20 years with an issue. Not sure if it's time to move on to other brands.

Yes - since the UI 5/Android 13 update I've had network call and battery drainage issues. Hopefully Samsung is well aware of this, otherwise, time for me to switch over to Apple!

It's weird why some models are facing such huge issues and not getting fixed even after Factory Reset. Samsung must look into this.

I also upgraded my Note 20 Ultra to Android 13, then Factory Reset (as I do after every MAJOR OS update) but in my case, everything is working smoothly. No issues at all. I had purchased the phone in October 2021.

Make sure you Reset from the Recovery Menu in the following way -
1) Wipe Cache
2) Wipe Data/Factory Reset
3) Wipe Cache again
4) Restart

Also try turning off RAM Plus if that's causing the issue maybe? Not sure.

The phone's status is official OS, right? Or rooted?
