Note10 plus not receiving android updates

Using a note 10 plus but still it's running on ui2.0 and having the Jan 2020 security patch. Is this normal?

Nope this isn't, We already received Aug patch. If you have PC try updating with Smart Switch.
If not Visit your nearest service center.

Yes. It was purchased overseas.

1. You must have not downloaded various updates pushed out. So, your device is blacklisted for updates since you're not interested.

2. You purchased this device elsewhere and brought it to India.

Only possible issues I can think of.

Go to a Samsung centre and get it updated.

Is there no way for us to change this settings manually? Mine also has been on the one ui 2.0. Ive been dying to receive the latest update.

I had the same issue before, i bought Note 10 abroad and stuck with January 2020 update... so, all you have to do is flash official firmware manually from sammobile.com it's original and you'll get future updates... open this link https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy-note-10-plus/firmware/SM-N975F/INS/download/N975FXXS6CTGB/3... download the firmware and follow the instructions mentioned...

Sean_SL your device remain official, sammobile provides official firmware and it will not void your device warranty...

I have same issues, it was last updated Dec 2019. I am still figuring out a way to fix this. Surprised why dont Samsung has any remote support for this kind of issues rather asking us to visit the service center
