Note10+ Video recording not working

Bought yesterday only, and Video recording is not working from both front and rear camera,plus suggest a solution,very disappointed

Bro, reset camera settings..and restart your device..also clear camera cache and all..just check once..

I will try this,but now am noticing for all apps it's same,very slow sluggish frequent crashes and I haven't inserted sim also using it over wifi for setting up am moving from iOS to android after long 5 years and worst experience

Bro, run your phone in safe mode and check if any recently installed 3rd party apps are causing this issue..
or
Settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select reset apps prefrences
or
perform normal reset phone settings..
or
delete unnecessary 3rd party apps..

I haven't installed any apps as of now,just Facebook and messenger.what u suggested I tried that but that's not working

but I disable many apps which I don't want to use, while disabling we get a popup that if u disable other apps may not function properly,is this can be cause

Bro, don't disable, pre installed apps..or before disabling, check app info..and app permission(but this won't affect upto this extent)..also reset phone settings..

I did all but didn't work,went to service center they gave me DOA certificate and got a new device.
