I've been using Note10 Lite for the past two months now. I've noticed from day 1 that my screen becomes unresponsive when charging every single time. I tried restarting the phone but the issue persists. Over the time I've noticed that the issue gets resolved when you put off fast charging. 
I assumed it's a software issue and would get solved through OTA updates but its still the same. 
I can only use the S Pen while fast charging the device as the device doesn't respond to touch. Not even the fingerprint scanner works while fast charging. 

Really bad experience.

Same problem with me as well. Then on the samsung community I read that this issue would get resolved if one puts the mobile in 'safe mode'. So I tried that too with no help. Now the problem has worsened. Many applications suddenly stop. Eg. I'm watching a video and all of a sudden, the video player app closes by itself, or I'm playing a game and game closes off from the screen. This is becoming annoying now.
