This post is dedicated to all my note 9 users...is anybody facing issues with their galaxy devices after june update. My screen discolouration appeared after the update and the phone is not even 2 yrs and without damage..and samsung told me to renew the screen with only 3mnths warranty.

@samsung had to do something so they can sell note 20, in which almost noone is interested in india with exynos chip. maybe. 🤷

no bro not like that actually...most of s9,note 9 users suffering those issues after 2.0 and 2.1 because still now 13 vulnerabilities and 2 critical issues are present in Samsung own software....only 11 vulnerabilities went out after 2.1 ......only regular security patch update can remove it slowly.....total vulnerabilities were 23

Please be assured and to resolve the issue kindly follow the given below steps:-


1. Check device in safe mode:- Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears >Press and hold the power off icon.
Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the device.


2. Reset the device:- Settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

hello customer support..do you know for the fact as to what is the problem or is it just a matter of publicity stunt of showing your care for the consumers. whatever you said we have tried and tested long ago , but no matter what we do ..you seem to tel the same story to everybody without knowing any solution to it. I went to the service centre and they told that you have tk change the screen , and the funny part is they don't what is the problem but changing the screen is ghe only option left for them and you have to pay for that. Yesterday I wrote one mail to the southeast Asia so called CEO from the facility of writing to samsung ceo and they replied back but never moved forward till now ..i am still waiting for any communication from their side. I guess everybody is sleeping in samsung during this pandemic. Well I am not going to buy any samsung phone which gets ruined after update.
