Note 9 speaker issue.

When i recieve or make a call from my NOTE 9 opp person cant here my voice if i turn my speaker on. why this issue is happening with a flagship topend? Even after resetting this issue is continue.

possibly a hardware issue due to moisturizing or hardware internal fault
