Speaker call issue

Hello,

I am using note 20 ultra. During phone call, when I switched to speaker call, other person hear too much disturbance or high pitch sound. This happens only in speaker mode. On normal mode, it is quite ok and clear. I have checked speakers and microphones and both are ok and working very fine. But why it is happening in speaker mode?

Is it network issue or software issue?

Is anyone facing same issue?

Any suggestions?

Checked. It is working perfectly fine. Normal call me problem Nahi he. Speaker call pe jab baat krta hu tab hi distortion aata he

Did this problem got resolved?

I am also facing the same issue. This happens only when it's on calls.

The same problem doesn't happen on whatsapp calls, teams, or Google meet

Yes. It was a faulty mic near to the camera. There is mic just behind the camrea. It was malfunctioning. Got changed in samsung service centre and ok after that.
