Note 9 sound coming from bottom speaker instead of earpiece while calling

Sometimes while calling someone other person voice coming from bottom speaker instead of earpiece. It's not on speaker mode. But it happens sometimes. Other occasions it's fine. Its random. But I have done speaker test in Samsung members app, sound coming from both speakers. I have wiped cache n data in phone app n restart. Also done wipe cache partition. It's a random issue, doesn't happen consistently. Any suggestions...anyone faced this issue. It has happened only couple of time today in my last 16 months usage.

once reset apps preferences...then connect with bluetooth devices and perform this 👇then set it to normal again and try

This can happen because of some third party apps as well.
I had a similar issue once in my note 9.
I was calling someone on hike messenger app and I turned off internet in the middle of the call. After some time I turned it back on and I was unable to play any media. Whenever I try to play it gives an error msg," Unable to play During Call". Also I couldn't hear anything during a normal telephone call. After I restarted the device, everything was ok.

Most probably this issue may be because of some third party app.
