Anyone get oneUI 2 update on Note 9. I buy this model from soudi Arabia now i didn't get any software update in india.

one ui 2.0 for note 9 is still in a beta version.
stable update will be released soon.

This looks a problem them. Because note 9 and s9 series got security patches update till october and after that beta came with november , december and january Security patch update.
