Facing discoluration in my Note 9 without any damage ...customer service are looting customers saying that change the display. Even though we all know that this is the manufacturing defects or some cheap technique of samsung to loot money from customers.service centre guy told me that it is because of impact scree colur got change however I know due to wfh culture phone has always been kept outside and there is no pressure or impact has ever happened.
My complaint id is 1170490634.
Lets all raise a voice against these fraudstar

I m facing the same problem....
I update my Note 9 on September 1st and after 3 days screen started to show fade colors.....
Factory reset didn't work.
Service center says change the display which will cost ₹13000
