Note 9 camera blurry

Recently while trying to take a video,  when i zoomed, the image good blurry and my handset was making earry sounds and also started vibrating as if it was going to explode.
I usually take pics of my patients from close range and never need videos,  so I don't know since when is this problem with the handset.

there might be some problem with the autofocus mechanism. visit service centre ASAP.

Did remote access they also said their is a problem and the exec also said to post screenshots of the same

no you have to visit service center I have faced same issue my phone got replaced but still faced same issue repeating I spoken to the top then they confirmed us there is manufacturing Defect from Samsung and they replaced my camera module
