when I try to install the latest update of Samsung pay, I'm getting a message "Couldn't update Samsung Pay
Can't update this app while the Blue light filter is running. Turn off the filter to continue". but my Blue light is Off. any suggestions?

Update it through galaxy apps store.

this is your mistake any type blue light filter didnt allow to install or update any app
BEFORE INSTALLING OR UPDATING ANY APP CLOSE BLUE LIGHT FILTER APP

Fyi, I don't have any third party blue light filter apps. the only blue light filter available is Samsungs inbuilt application and as I have mentioned in my question, it is kept OFF during update. Now do you have a solution?

I faced this once.
Rebooted the device and then updated successfully.
