I know we all are upset with update not delivered not time by Samsung
This is not new for sahemsung every time same happens note 8 was updated to oreo in april.
In case you are really worried about update policy of samsung we need to use other mediums to let this company know that we customers arent fool.
Let their other customers who are upgrading know their poilicies and what their existing customers think on Twitter.
I have started a campaign to let samsung react and provide update timely. You can help by just retweeting and sharing.

Further I know few people hired by shamesung and other without any self worth will try to argue that its normal we dont need updates etc. For them it would be better if they use old age phone which doesnt have updates.
Paying such hefty amount for phones you idiots should ask for what youre eligible. Instead of posting new colors and new phoens released ask them about updates of flagship phones
