Since latest update, the mobile sensitivity of screen especially while pulling down from top to get the setti gs has become at times unresponsive.

I m really stuck up since last couple of days. this weird performance is really painful. each time it starts with secure folder without my opening it and then the mobile does not respond to pulling down from top. kindly help

if the admin is listening, the problem starts with secure folder opening up on its own, suddenly popping up. then one has to key in the password . thereafter, the upper part of the screen becomes unresponsive. kindly help

Samsung, no response. This is really disheartening. The secure folder related problem is really bad
