no its a software problem. look at your aod screen at night, its pitch black, but in normal screen black is not black, some light is coming behind screen, just like ips screen. its sofrware probkem. not only destroy the quality of picture it also eat more battery. after september update this problem arises to every note9 phone...its a complete software problem.
