Note 9 Hanging Problem

Buying a phone @70k and it is still hanging, not fair from such a reputed brand.

I have bought note 9 a year before and now what I am facing is my phone is lagging alot.

So what i think is buying a mid range phone at lower cost and changing it after a year is quite better than buying flagship phones of samsung.

Is there anyone who can help me in this?

then once perform factory reset and check...same problem was there with me ...I performed factory reset..now no problem

I have done factory reset also, but it has no impact in the lagging of the device.

I think the reasn behind is equipment's used by samsung which doesnt give the same performance as it used to give in the starting

The issue is with Samaung UI updates. This has slowed down phone and with addition bloatware we all have similar issues.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
> Ensure 20% of internal memory of device is free (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Device care> storage).

> If device hangs in any particular application/game then clear cache memory of that application (Settings>apps> tap on that app>storage>clear cache)

Have sent the bug reports.. but doesnt seem you guys care about it.
Also have performed all the steps mentioned here still facing issue.
