My Note 9, just 3 months old (bought on release date) now getting display burn. It started showing some shadow for some of the placeholders on screen. I did not expect this. My 1 year S8 was rejected for an exchange with Note 9 due to display burn in. Why should customer pay price for low quality Samsung displays.

so when you take screenshot this won't capture your burn it will just screenshot how screen should look to OS. you need to take a photo from other device

its a display problem my s8 has the same problem and i consulted customer care about this. they told me it happens with oled displays when we use some thing for longer time its shadow get printed on the screen

if your phone is in warranty you can get it changed for free as this is not your fault.
