Note 9 Camera Issue😕

I have not been to service center yet. Planned to go on Saturday. Samsung call center said it will be fixed for free.

i got my note 9 fixed today with in 1 and half hour. they changed the camera module. working good till nw

bcoz my Brother Buy from Dubai..i am now india....
any documents required from service centre?.

i think for an international version you need the bill or some warranty documents

The customer service guy said to me that they have to keep the phone for 1 day with them for getting the lens fixed and making it water resistant 🤷🏻‍♂️

my note 9 camera module was changed, IP68 retained, all this was done in total time of 2 hours

I have noticed lots of users complaining on the forum about this issue. One place I also read that after changing the hardware, the same issue creeped up again. Why isn't Samsung doing something to permanently fix it??
