My Galaxy note 9 is vibrating while I am zooming. In photo and video mode while I am going higher than 2 X zoom it is vibrating. After that the photos are very blurry and I cannot even make the video while zooming. Literally people are laughing at me it's just been few months I am using note 9 & Camera OIS is Goofed Up. Really Annoying...... What can samsung give me.... ?? I think its because of PIE Update .....
nop its a hardware issue and you should go to the nearest service center to replace it at free of cost...i had that problem too but after replacement its working good as new
