Hey guys I've been using the Galaxy Note 9 for about a year now. I've been noticing slight battery and charging issues regarding it. I wanted to find out if other Note 9 users face the same issue as well. I get around 3 hours to 3 and half hours screen on time from 100% to 0%. I keep my wifi off and sometimes the mobile data is kept on. Also the charging speed is also quite slow inspite of charging it with stock fast charger. It takes about 2 hours or more to fully charge my device. Also it doesn't charge my device when the device is in use. The charging % remains the same. Please let me know that is it just me or other Note 9 users are facing this same issue.
I'm not facing this problem. Though my battery is draining quite fast nowadays but that's cause of my usage. Sometimes I get slower charging too, don't know why. Gotta check from the nearest service center 🤔
