Note 8 battery drains so fast

I bought my not 8 abt 63d above. I'm using dual sim. battery savers not aplied. wifi and mobile data both using alternatively. my phn cannot battery draind 100% -30% withing 6h. is that normal. phn battery test showed battery status as normal.
pls can anybody give me opinion

The phone is facing serious freezing and hanging issues while using Microsoft excel files as well certain apps like phone dialer etc.
