Note 8 Oreo update bug

when the notification pannel is pulled down once with one finger .. there is a bug ...as it comes down but the time data and setting icon are not shown .... (screenshot included) but if there r some unread notification in the pannel the the bug disappears... I would like to see this bug gets fixed in the next update

May be u r using different UI than samsung experience UI CHECK THAT OUT
