Kuch der pehele mera phone mai yeh update mila hai aur usme 'Auto Call Recording' & 'Advanced Calling & Messaging' ka new update mila hai...

Apne jo update kiye the usme kya koyi garbar to nehi hua na... Mera phone mai to yeh sab khuch thik thuk se kum kar raha hai... Aur battery backup vi phele se a66a mil raha hai... Ho sake to aap ekbar Samsung Customer Care Centre mai jaaiye...

I think its network carrier specific and becomes available on inserting that network specific sim. Mine is Airtel Mumbai sim, and the option is not visible for me.

I'm from West Bengal & me also use Airtel & Jio both sim card....

Jio could be your primary sim then
