Hi guys, my note 20 isn't reading my second sim, I have tried everything reboot, removed dim cards and still no success. Anyone that can help me with this issue please.

You may also try inserting a different sim card into your phone. If a different sim card works, it may mean that your sim card is faulty, and you may need to perform a sim swap with your network provider.
If a different sim card does not work also, your device may need to booked in for assessment. Please go to the below link to locate the closest Authorized Service Center to you.
