Note 20 update completed?

I have recieved a notification regarding which all phones have completed android 13 update in india. Galaxy note 20 was on the list says it has completed the update by nov 22. I am using galaxy note 20 and i have not yet recieved the update.. yet. Why is that?

Hi bro , if it's N980F then A13 has already pushed. Try it through smart switch if possible take it to service center

That is Note 20 Ultra China ver. For this device still A13 isn't rolled out

Those who havent got the update. Connect to the pc and open sansung switch. It will get udpated
